"Villa Name" is the form of renting the real estate named "Reservation Number" between the days of "Entry Date and Exit Date".
1. In this context, the rental dates of the holiday residence and the related holiday residence will be specified by the lessor on the website www.rentalvillasfethiye.com on the internet.
2. In this context, the transportation and invoice information will be delivered to the lessor by the lessee, and if the dates and the vacation home to be rented are found suitable, the pre-reservation process will be carried out.
3. In the advertisement for each holiday residence at the URL address of www.rentalvillasfethiye.com; The characteristics of the house, its qualifications, features, availability and dates, its maintenance and usage features, as well as the rental of the house and the expenses to be incurred by the tenant, are specified. In case of any conflict, the records on the website will be considered legally valid.
4. www.rentalvillasfethiye.com is obliged to rent the property in the pictures through the URL address and reserves the right to change the name of the property.
PARTIES AND PURPOSE
This contract; The start and end dates between the lessor of the "VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT" (hereinafter referred to as the "CUSTOMER") and the lessor of the "VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT" (hereinafter referred to as ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ.) It was built for the purpose of renting “VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT”. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

Within 1 (one) business day of the deposit, payment can be made by Wire Transfer, EFT, Credit card payment and also via Mail Order method on the site. The rental confirmation of the Villa/Apartment/Apartment will be sent to you in writing within 1 business day at the latest from the date of receipt of the deposit. Within the rental, the total fee, the deposit received, the dates on which the villa was rented in your name, and the day and time of the deposit you deposited are reported. ENTRANCE / EXIT TO VILLA / APARTMENT / FLAT
The entrance time to the villa/apartment/apartment on the reservation start day is 16.00 at the earliest and 21.00 at the latest. VILLA / APART / FLAT CAPACITY
We do not accept guests in our Villas/Apartments/Apartments above the capacity specified on our website or over the number of people specified when making the reservation (including children and babies). If the customer wishes to make a change in the number of people after the reservation is finalized, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. VILLA / APART / APARTMENT CLEANING / MAINTENANCE AND EXTRA EXPENSES
Daily, weekly, monthly villa/apartment/apartment rental prices include entrance cleaning. Weekly cleaning and towels/sheets etc. for stays of 3 (three) weeks or more. change is included in the price. Apart from this, all kinds of cleaning and towels/sheets etc. to be requested. exchange is subject to a fee. The pool and garden are maintained in the early hours of every morning, and if there is any technical problem with the villa during the rental period, it will be fixed by the landlord, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. In order to carry out the periodic maintenance of the pool, garden and other fixtures of all villas/apartments/apartments, the personnel in charge must enter the garden or inside the villa/apartment/apartment. In order for these services to be carried out without interruption, the customer must allow the person in charge to enter the villa/apartment/apartment when necessary. Unless otherwise stated on the villa/apartment/apartment detail page on our website, electricity, water, bottled gas, pool lighting, internet connection and air conditioning usage are included in the prices. Pool lighting, air conditioning and internet may not be available as standard in all of our villas/apartments/apartments, so it is recommended that you carefully read the properties of the villa/apartment/apartment you are renting from our villa/apartment/apartment properties page.
Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in our villas/apartments/flats.
Smoking is not allowed in the closed areas of all of our Villas/Apartments/Apartments.
Villa/apartment/flat rental prices stated on our website are daily, weekly, and monthly. Deposits can be made to our bank accounts by wire transfer, EFT, Credit Card Payment, and Mail Order payment system.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND RETURNS
For cancellations made up to 30 days before your entry to the villa/apartment/apartment, from the moment you make the prepayment amount (via EFT, or Money Order, Credit Card Payment Mail Order or etc.) of the villa/apartment/apartment fee deposited in our account. , all of your prepayment fees will be burned, because this full payment has been made as a prepayment to the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment. In case of cancellation, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. will receive certain percentages from the customer over the total costs of the services specified in the travel agreement in order to cover the precautions and expenses related to the travel. These amounts were determined as follows.
a) The deposit sent for the reservation is absolutely non-refundable.
b) If it is up to the 30th day before the start of the trip, the customer has to pay 30% of the total trip cost.
c) If it happens between the 29th day before the start of the trip and the day of the start of the trip, or if the customer does not come at all, the customer has to pay 100% of the travel cost.
In line with the customer's own request, the entire price of the villa/apartment/flat is paid by ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. (by EFT or money order or by Credit Card Payment or in cash or by Mail Order method) 30% (thirty percent) of the amount paid for the cancellations made up to 30 days before the villa/apartment/apartment. For any reason, the villa/apartment/apartment reservation is made by ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. In case of cancellation by the customer, this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment/apartment available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be proposed to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer.
In addition, for some of our villas/apartments/apartments (specified on the villa/apartment/apartment website detail page), the entire deposit paid and special for these villas/apartments/apartments (specified on the villa/apartment/apartment internet detail page; 30 days before the reservation date or 60 days before the reservation date). For villas/apartments/apartments where the entire rental price of the villa has to be paid the day before, the total rental price of the villa/apartment/flats is collected from the customer. Even if you cancel the reservation, no fee will be refunded.
If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. reserves the right to cancel the said reservation, not to reimburse the previously paid fee and to make another reservation for this villa/apartment/apartment.
Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail or by registered letter with return receipt). Reservation cancellations made by talking over the phone are definitely not valid. Reservation cancellations, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. It is valid from the moment it reaches the hand of the letter.
ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. will not use the villa/apartment/apartment for a reason arising from the fault of the customer or the termination of the contract without duly written notification, provided that this contract is valid from the reservation confirmation with the explicit declaration of the parties. Depending on the characteristics of each villa/apartment/apartment, a different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the customer. This deposit amount will be included in the reservation confirmation document sent to the customer during the reservation process. The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of entry to the villa/apartment/apartment, and in the control to be made before the customer leaves the villa/apartment/apartment, there will be no damage, missing, etc. If not, it will be refunded in cash. In case the customer wishes to leave the villa/apartment/apartment earlier than specified in the contract or the exit control of the villa/apartment/apartment cannot be made due to the intensity, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be taken from the customer. If the damage to the villa/apartment/apartment exceeds the deposit received, the customer will be asked to pay for this damage, otherwise, legal action will be taken.
Swimming Pool temperatures of our villas/apartments/flats; it varies according to the weather conditions and seasonal temperatures, the customer who rented the villa/apartment/apartment, could not enter the pool due to the coldness of the pool and therefore could not use the pool. STI. cannot be held responsible. HEATED SWIMMING POOLS
There is no heating system in the swimming pools of each villa/apartment. If there is a heating system, it is clearly stated on the detail page of this villa/apartment. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTY
ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM CONSTRUCTION LTD. STI.; is responsible for delivering the villa/apartment/apartment to the customer at the specified date and time, clean and ready for use. INVOICE AND TAX

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMERS
Customers are obliged to use the villa/apartment/apartment, pool, garden furniture, all electrical and electronic goods and other furniture in the villa/apartment/apartment that are delivered to them in good working condition. Customers have to leave all the kitchen utensils delivered to them clean in the same way. The villa/apartment/apartment must be delivered to the villa/apartment/apartment on the day of departure, with all the garbage thrown away and the dishes washed. In addition, the customer and the people accompanying them should pay attention to comply with the social and moral rules, not make noise in a way that disturbs the environment, not listen to loud music, and not engage in criminal behaviours that are prohibited by the laws of our country. For such reasons, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. In case of a complaint to ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. has the right to ask the customer to vacate the villa/apartment/apartment before the reservation period expires.
ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. provides one hundred percent guarantee of invisibility to our customers who will stay in villas that are defined on the web page and defined as conservative (villas whose pool is not visible from the outside). STI. does not give. Regarding invisibility, customers have to ensure their own privacy. In such problems, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. does not accept responsibility. ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM CONSTRUCTION LTD. STI. cannot be held responsible for such problems.
In cases falling within the scope of force majeure, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. may terminate this contract unilaterally without any legal liability. War in the region or in the country, the threat of war, uprising, strikes, natural disasters, fires, terrorist activities, epidemics (pandemic), technical problems that may occur in transportation, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. Superstructure and infrastructure work carried out by municipalities or public institutions, prohibitions by state authorities in the region, and all events that are unpredictable and beyond our control will be considered within the scope of force majeure.
The customers immediately report their complaints to ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. The situation that is the subject of the complaint, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. will be investigated by the officials and necessary measures will be taken immediately. ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. is responsible for the complaints that are not reported during the stay and that will be made after the accommodation is over and after leaving the villa/apartment/apartment. STI. will not be held responsible in any way.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1) The roads leading to the Villa/Apartment/Apartment are broken, uphill, stabilized, wet ground etc. such as ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM CONSTRUCTION LTD. STI. In cases where ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. cannot be held responsible.

3) If the different materials used in the construction of some villas (cedarwood, pinewood, some plastic products, all kinds of plants in the garden or inside the villa) disturb the customer in terms of health or psychology, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. cannot be held responsible.
4) A private vehicle will be required for the customers who will stay in all our Villas/Apartments/Apartments. It is the customer's own responsibility to reach the villa/apartment/apartment. ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM CONSTRUCTION LTD. STI. cannot be held responsible.
5) The customer may obtain a taxi, transfer vehicle or rental vehicle from third parties. ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. does not interfere with the transfer or taxi service that will be rented or leased from third parties. It is the customer's own responsibility.
6) If the customer who has rented the villa or apartment or flat is dissatisfied due to the geographical location of the rented villa or apartment or flat, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible. ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM CONSTRUCTION LTD. STI. has marked the location of the villa/apartment/apartment approximately on Google Map and Yandex map.
7) If your private or rented vehicle is damaged during transportation to the Villa/Apartment/Apartment, ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. STI. cannot be held responsible.
8) If the bottom of the vehicle (engine, automobile, etc.) of the customer who has rented the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is close to the ground, the vehicle's engine power is weak, the customer; automobile, engine etc. Any negativity that may arise due to inexperience in using it and accordingly inability to reach the villa/apartment is the customer's own responsibility. BEHAVIOR AGAINST ANY OF THESE TERMS GIVES " ÜNSALLAR OTELCİLİK TURİZM İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. " THE RIGHT TO ONE-SIDED CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS, NO REFUND AND CLAIMING THE FULL FEE.
